Protect is running a new Masterclass: Handling sexual harassment & whistleblowing concerns in the workplace aimed at senior individuals including HR, Compliance, Legal and Audit roles who are responsible for internal arrangements and whistleblowing culture.
The session will include an overview of sexual harassment in the workplace and rights and duties in equality law, as well as when, and why investigating sexual harassment through a whistleblowing process is appropriate, with common pitfalls and key considerations to bear in mind.
Business Support Manager, Kushi Gujral said, “Our Specialist Masterclasses are designed to focus on topics that are of particular interest or concern to clients seeking industry best practice knowledge. Our Investigations Masterclass was particularly popular and we look forward to running further sessions later in the year.
“We listen to what clients tell us they need to equip themselves with best practice skills, which is why we have developed our latest Masterclass: Handling sexual harassment and whistleblowing concerns”.
The session will be held via Zoom on Thursday 15 July 10am – 12pm
