Employment Lawyers Litigants-in-Person Scheme (“ELIPS”)
ELIPS can provide free advice and representation to individuals bringing an Employment Tribunal claim and have an upcoming hearing. They are only available at the following hearing centres: London Central, Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester, Midlands West, Newcastle, or Leeds. The Whistleblowing International Network (WIN) is run for and by NGOs working around the world to support and protect workplace whistleblowing. WIN allows its members to share hard-gained legal expertise and practical knowledge more widely, support new capacity to protect whistleblowers, and inform the international movement to protect whistleblowing as a democratic accountability mechanism. Protect is one of WIN’s founding members.
